Through testing and testing, determine whether it is a problem with the quality of the steel shot itself and eliminate it;

If it is not a problem with the quality of the steel shot, it can be seen from the feedback of the above problems that although the customer's equipment has just been overhauled, the dust removal of the shot blasting machine has not been overhauled, and the possibility of problems in this area is particularly high. Because the dust removal configuration of the conventional hook shot blasting machine is generally bag dust removal, after a long time of use, it is easy to cause a lot of dust on the surface of the bag, resulting in the shot blasting machine separating steel shot, steel sand, burr oxide scale and dust. The air volume is too small and cannot be effectively separated;

This is the interface at the lower end of the separator. Due to long-term cleaning, dust slowly accumulates and blocks the air outlet, causing the air volume of the separator to be too small when separating, and the dust cannot be effectively sucked away, which also causes a lot of dust in the shot blasting room.
